Change Your Password:
- Log into your Etracker Pro account, click the “Profile” tab in the navigation bar on the left side of your screen.
- Enter a new password on “Password” and “Password (confirm)” sections and click on the “Save Changes” button.
Reset Your Password:
- Click the “Reset Password” on the Login Screen.
- Enter your Etracker Pro login email and click “Reset Password”.
- Login to your email and open the email with the titled “Reset Password Notification” sent by Etracker Pro.
Click on the “Reset Password” link in the email. - In the new window that opens, enter your new password and click the “Change Password” button.
- Log into your Etracker Pro account, click the “Profile” tab in the navigation bar on the left side of your screen.
- Update your Name and/or Lastname and click on the “Save Changes” button.
- Click on the “Invoices” tab from the navigation bar on the left side of your screen.
- Find the invoice you would like to download via the search bar or filtering by the calendar.
- Click the icon under the download column.
- Click on the “Billing Information” tab from the navigation bar on the left side of your screen.
- Update your billing information for the related fields and click on the “Save Changes” button.
- Click on the “Subscription” tab from the navigation bar on the left side of your screen.
- Enter all of the details required for your credit card information and click on the “Save Changes” button.
- Click on the “Subscription” tab from the navigation bar on the left side of your screen.
- Choose one of the plans that Etracker Pro offers you on this page.
